The Sole Fitness E55 elliptical machine was an upgraded model of the older and cheaper Sole's model E35. Both machines were made on a same sturdy frame, covered with a lifetime warranty. With a price below $1,500, Sole E55 had the best price - quality - features ratio in its category. In comparison to E35, except that both ellipticals have 20 inches stride length, 16 levels of Eddy current breaking system, oversized foot pedals, cooling fan, bottle holder... the Sole E55 offers some additional features, including: adjustable foot pedals, heart rate control, 2 more programs (HRC), 2 user IDs, and it accommodates users up to 350 pounds.
